Seeking technical support representatives for inbound phone and email responses. The ability to conduct outbound phone support when needed/as job duties deem necessary.
The shifts will primarily be between the hours of 8pm EST - 8am EST (exact shifts tbd) but 24/7 flexibility is ideal for holidays and to assist with staffing needs. Training to be provided between 9am - 5pm EST with shift to evening schedule after.
We're open to agencies and individual contractors.
Ideally, you follow the WOW customer service philosophy with a background in technical support.
Provide outstanding customer support
Solve customer problems via telephone,email and chat support
Provide demonstrations and training to our clients when needed, Experience conducting hosted training meetings (GoToMeeting, Join.Me, etc.) can be helpful
Experience working with an Issue Tracking system and CRM software
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of PC and computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Browser Troubleshooting a must).
Knowledge of HTML programming as it relates to email marketing
Knowledge of email best practices
Excellent communication skills
Master at multitasking with excellent organization and attention to detail.
Motivated self-starter with a strong ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to change.
Ability to empathize with a customers' needs, desires, and demands.

2 years software support experience
