We are looking for a rockstar Systems Integrations expert to help and guide us. We are a software development company that has several systems used by our clients. We need to find a way to merge the accounts from all of our system (in case the same client uses more than 1 system) and also with SalesForce, ZenDesk and a billing system.
So we need you to guide us, proving a step-by-step manual for us to follow with best practices on how to achieve this goal. And also a list of things we don't want to do... We are looking for a developer, we need a systems integrator that already worked with this before to help us doing it.
