1) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; English must be native and without any accent or close to it, no exception (you will be tested)
2) Extraordinary organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work autonomously, Self-motivated, outgoing and customer & sales-oriented
3) You have prior sales and/or customer service experience
4) At least two years experience working in a professional setting
5) Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
6) Experience with phones in a professional setting is a plus
7) Knowledge of the Ecommerce business is a plus
8) Reliable high speed internet connection. No exception.
