Job Description

We are a growing Outsourcing Company located in the Philippines providing Telemarketing and Admin Assistance to clients worldwide.

We are in need of an experienced Team Manager to head some of our projects

What you will be doing
Managing Staff (telemarketers and Admin Team)
Daily Reporting (Familiarity with Metrics, performance reports)
Data Analysis
Project Management (monitor staff's performance, hours and make recommendations for improvement)
Quality Control (Listen to calls and provide feedback)
Client Management (act as Company Liasion in case
Think out of the box very flexible to change
Ad Hoc tasks

Other Qualities that will be helpful
Script Writing
Knowledge in Email Marketing
Can think out of the box and share experience

Experience in Managing Staff virtual or in house
Excellent Communication Skills (English)
Knowledge in sales, lead generation, telemarketing
Net Savvy
Constant Communication

I am looking for a person in the Philippines, but willing to look at other applicants if qualified. Looking to start with a manageable rate but will provide incentives for performance
