Job Description

Provide product and technical support for web based product via Live Internet chat. Must have experience with multiple browser support.

Must be able to type good English. Fast typing preferred.

Training Hours: (First Week) Monday-Friday 12PM ET (noon) to 5:00PM ET

After completing training, your hours will be as follows:

Monday-Friday 6pm ET to 3am ET

We would prefer someone who can also do Saturday-Sunday ALL DAY.

Must have a reliable Internet connection and will be required to do a short test with our support system.
