Hi Contractors,

We are looking for Technical Support Specialist!

Requirements:

Excellent English (verbal and written communications skills)
Previous technical support experience and is a plus
Good Voice is a Big Plus
Must have strong customer service and listening skills
Must be computer literate using common applications, including Word, Excel, Email, Gmail and Google Documents


Minimum of 1.5 MBPS Download .35 MBPS Upload
Up to date Windows computer (XP, 7, 8)
Quiet Working Environment
Clear Headset

Work Schedule: 9AM-5PM EST
