I am a mortgage broker and regularly like to issue brief Newsflash/Information emails to clients/referral partners.
I would like to establish half a dozen different templates to be used to issue this information. My preferred base program is Microsoft Outlook as I have this program and can use this system to generate emails easily.
The templates need to provide an area of 'variable input' for a main 400 word article and a secondary minor article of about 50 words.
The design is to include my logo, and some images of a finance/housing theme.
I would also like clear instructions on how the the variable information can be input to the template and forwarded to clients.
