URGENT HIRING!!! US Based Technical Support Representative Tier 2


Job Description


We are looking for a top quality workers who can provide Technical Support to customers through phone, email, and chat.

REQUIREMENTS: Please do not apply if you do not meet the below requirements unless you will be wasting your bid.

1) Must have excellent skills in using Cisco, Windows Server, Window Clients, and VMware

2) Must be US based (Physically present in the US) this is a must.

3) We prefer applicants who have worked on relevant positions and can provide references but capable fresh graduates can also apply.

4) Must be available to work on US time zone. This is for a full time job.

5) You must have stable, high speed internet connection. Your internet connection should be at least 2mb and if not then you should agree to upgrade it to at least 2mb, when we hire you.

6) Must have good work ethics including punctuality, hard work and ability to follow instructions. This is not your easy work from home job - this is a career level opportunity!

We have hired more then 800 workers from oDesk in the last two years. Everything is done through a proper channel in our company. Once you come on board, you will be escalated to a legal consultant for contract signing procedure. There are going to be plenty of opportunities for you and we will make sure you continue to grow with us.

Pay: $9 per hour
