Job Description

Project: Live Chat Support Team (Technical Support Level 1)


Support customers throughout the organization business group with problems relating to hardware, software applications, printers, and email. Assist in the creation of new user accounts and troubleshoot problems. Escalate tickets to IT Management when needed.


• Knowledge in Windows
• Knowledge with Active Directory
• Knowledge in MS Office and Outlook
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printer problems
• Work well with frustrated users
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work with and fix PC’s

Project Type: Direct Client Signup
Base Rate: 8 USD per hour (Payable via Odesk)
Agents: 15
Contract Terms: 24 months renewable

Technical Requirements:
