Looking for an individual who has experience with Vicibox (or Vicidial) to monitor and run our telephony campaigns. Our dialer is set up and running but you may be required to run trouble shooting. We're just looking for someone to be in charge of running the daily campaigns, ensure everything is running smoothly, load lists, run reports and then distribute leads after the results have been queried in access.
This position may be full-time and we prefer you work during our calling hours, which is 3 pm - 11pm Eastern Standard Time. Database admin experience is a plus!
Job duties include:
1.) Setting up scripts per campaign using our text-to-speech software to generate .wav files.
2.) Building lists and uploading data to it's appropriate campaign
3.) Sending daily call reports and uploading call results into Microsoft Access
4.) Troubleshooting and fixing any problems with the dialer
5.) Programming & Developing custom scripts and functionality
6.) Understand how to run survey campaigns
7.) Able to understand Asterisk with Vici
