I run a recruitment marketing company. It is just me and I no longer have the capacity to do all of the administration roles myself. I need someone who is extremely well organised, can manage the administration and communications tasks and act as a virtual assistant / personal assistant.

Roles and Responsibilities will include
• Requesting articles to be written through articles sites such as and
• Accept or reject articles dependent on the quality
• Check articles for grammar and update where necessary
• Post articles on my websites 2 days a week
• Compose and send emails to my subscriber database of recruitment directors 3 days a week
• Answer my emails and direct them either to a call with me or reject as a tyre kicker
• Write weekly press release and buy a gig on fiverr for it to be posted to newsites
• Podcasts – when I create a weekly podcast add an intro and outro to it or get someone from fiverr to do it
• Video – when I create a video, host it on my website and email database
• Post podcast on website and send email to database advising of new podcast
• Events – once a month I will be holding an event in London. I need support with making this happen. Managing creation of materials. Finding speakers etc
• Email data – when we get new email lists we will need to get the data cleaned. I have contacts for this though just need someone to manage the process.

• You will have outstanding written English – our email database is largely directors and the emails need to be professionally written
• You will be extremely reliable, punctual and contactable via email and skype
• You will think outside of the box and will look to deliver exemplary service
• You will hit the ground running

• Have worked in a similar role or come from a corporate background
• You will have a positive persona and are looking for a long term relationship
• You will have knowledge of the recruitment industry (not essential)
