Virtual Assistant Needed to Handle Communications for Real Estate Investor


Job Description

I am seeking a dependable and skilled Virtual Assistant to assist in growing my real estate investing business. An assistant with prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred but I welcome all applicants. It is important that you are a positive, organized, and a great communicator. This position requires someone who is extremely computer literate, pays great attention to detail, and that is able to work at a fast pace using work time productively. This position involves a lot of outbound calling to possible sellers, so it is imperative that you can understand, speak, and write English fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

Research (buyer/seller) property leads daily
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Excel
Research comparable values to determine ARV
Make outbound calls to sellers to determine criteria of property (I will provide the script)
