Virtual Assistant for Business Owner


Job Description

I own a business in the Shipping/Freight Industry. I would need an assistant, preferably in the Eastern Time zone USA or willing to work during those hours, who could help me with the following functions:

1. Invoicing
2. Emails
3. Claims Processing
4. Customer setup
5. Recording Sales Calls
6. Sending follow-up emails to prospects
7. Various ad-hoc tasks

Knowledge of Salesforce and Evernot will help but it's an easy program to learn.

Your qualifications:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
