Job Description

We are an online retailer for Electrical Conversion Products expanding into new products and new markets.

We need help in developing a strategy and system for managing our increasing number of customer questions and service requests.

Currently, we want to start a Zendesk support system for 3 agents.

Please apply to this job if you have extensive experience with Zendesk, especially if you have built a Zendesk support system from nothing.

We sell on Amazon and eBay (in EU countries: Germany UK France Italy Spain) and it will be very important to bring together all of our customer questions from these selling channels into a single support ticket operation.

Please apply to this if you have similar experience in setting up a Zendesk Customer support system. This postion will require great internet skills and clear communication in English (other European Languages are a bonus)
