We're looking for an outgoing, fast learning VA to add to our team. This job is available part time but will move to full time.
-Create alerts and reminders
-Perform accounting-related duties such as keeping track of accounts payable and receivable, bank deposits and payroll
-Collecting contact information
-Any other specific information gathering exercise
-Sales and order management
-Searching and Applying for Jobs
-Product research, Manufacturer research etc
-Basic Bookkeeping / Accounting / QuickBooks / FinancialForce
-Data entry for invoice generation
-Basic Graphic Design, page layouts
-Posting on internet based forums, Twitter, Facebook, Web Blogs etc
-Setting up Auto responders
-Word Document preparation
-Excel Spreadsheet work
-Team Video Calls via Skype
-Attend online meetings and record notes
-Transcribing audio messages, Voicemails,
-Managing Calendar, Booking travel
-Any data entry work,
-Input leads or data into SalesForce CRM etc
-General Admin tasks / Personal Tasks
