Job purpose: work closely with the CEO on key related tasks and projects, including marketing intiiatives, client communications, strategic partnerships, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be extraordinarily organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. All work will be online and virtual, allowing you to work from home or anywhere you travel to.

Job Responsibilities:

** Coordinate travel plans and itineraries for CEO (travels often)
* Produce marketing email campaigns in English
* Optimize marketing campaigns through testing and statistical analysis
* Compile and report on email marketing statistics
* Communicate with clients and problem-solve technical issues
* Research and develop new project and joint venture ideas
* Coordinate, schedule, attend, and annotate meetings


* Ideally, 3 years of job experience in a position that requires independent and internet work
* Ability to read and write English with technical and business terminology
* Basic understanding of web design and coding, including HTML and CSS
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
* Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
* Access to a fast and reliable internet connection

Work environment and compensation:

* Salary of $200-500 per month depending on work experience. The current Virtual Assistants are paid $300 per month.
* Work on US hours from 9am PST to 5pm PST
* Average work day will be up to 4 hours, but you must be available up to 8 hours
* Some weekend work may be necessary
* Regular communication with the CEO by email and Skype
* Work from home
* No travel necessary
