You will work for a Indie Artist & owner of the boutique record label who offers concert performances., Corporates, Speaking engagements, music performance coachings, and private lessons.
You will assist on anything and everything that has to do with Music & Entertainment industry. If you can't do a specific job, tell me, then help me find a specialist who can do THAT task.

- 20 hours a week to start. If you do well, hours will increase to 40 hours a week. We are looking to hire long term employee. The estimated duration and pay scale is a start. However, if your work is great, we will keep you working for long term with a raise in pay. Hours billed on odesk doesn't have to be at least 100 hrs. As long as it is not 1 hr. billed on odesk, you are welcome to apply.
$1-2 /hr. ( more hours might be needed for high priority projects)
Qualities I will expect from my VA:

6. Excellent English Speaking VA, who has the confidence to make calls to potential
clients. (these wont be long calls, you will be acting as an initial connector. We do the in
depth talking, not you.)
7. VA who talks to me and speaks up when necessary- I am not always right. A VA who
is always looking for a better/smarter way, looking way into the future.
- Making calls to potential clients/talent buyers.
- Writing draft emails and editing in English
- Internet savy , for in depth researches , using the Internet or other information databases
- Use team viewer to access my computer for various needs/files on as needed basis.
- Available on Skype on agreed timings. PST, USA.
- All tasks that can be performed online
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding/using of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines - Email (Gmail & Round cube) organizing/handling/
- Proficiency of using various MS Office Applications
- Data entry /handling contacts & distribution list in Outlook 2003. Must be highly
organized and detail oriented- but also have the common sense to know when enough is
- Google+, iPhone, iCloud, Social Media
Good marketing skills and background will be highly regarded
Experience with content management of websites through either HTML, Dreamweaver,
or various CMS is a plus. If you have Wordpress skills, it is a plus
