We are currently looking for a virtual personal assistant.
-Perform administrative duties
-Create and type up documents or emails
-Arrange conference calls and meetings
-Review memos and reports
-Create presentations and prepare statistical reports
-Organizing and maintaining online files
-Making possible phone calls
-Any other tasks as assigned
-This is an hourly position on an as needed basis
-2 to 3 years of experience
-Knows how to handle confidential information (!)
-Perfect English Skills (writing and speaking)
-Follows Instructions Easily
-Typing skills: 60-80wpm
-Be able to work independently
