Virtual assistant wanted for UK company – Customer service, Research and writing job (Homebased)

I’m looking for an enthusiastic and friendly support assistant to help me grow my business. You’ll be handling customer service, doing research on given topics as well as a fair bit of writing.
Marketing Go Getter is an online marketing company that sells software and infomation products such as ebooks and video courses. We are in the early stages of becoming something huge, and this is your opportunity to be a part of it.
We are also in the start-up stages of an iPhone app company, this is one of the most fun and exciting businesses to be involved in, and always keeps work interesting
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You’re a great communicator. All of our support is email based, and internally we use Skype to keep in touch — that means lots of reading and writing.
You speak great English. Our support and products are all done in English. Some of our customers don’t have perfect English, so yours needs to be that much better to compensate.
You are looking for a full time position. This post requires 160 hours of work every single month, this is great for freelancers as you don’t have to bid on new projects day after day, payment is guaranteed and get to you on time no matter what.
You’re reliable. When you have a sick day or a vacation, you let me know in advance that you won’t be around. What you’re not going to do is vanish for two weeks without telling me and then expect everything to be fine. You’re smart enough to know we’re not going to appreciate that.
You’re calm and collected. Most of our customers are lovely, but even lovely people can get frustrated when stuff doesn’t work. They all need to be treated with respect, no matter how rude they can be.
You have experience in researching topics and have very strong writing skills. When there are no new tickets at the support desk, this will be your primary task. You’ll have know how to efficiently research topics in depth and write about them in an engaging manner in fluent English.
The salary for this position is $350USD per month. So to prove you have read this job posting from beginning to end, and that you can follow instructions, bid the hourly rate outlined in this job posting ($350/160hrs)
