We are looking for somebody to help us with tech support of WP themes, plugins, PHP scripts and OpenCart themes that we sell.
You need to have good WordPress and PHP knowledge. That means more then the skills to install a theme and activate it/edit some code. You should be able to provide our customers with quick bugfixes, code snippets etc to help them out.
Good English skills are required as well as patience. You also need to be able to be polite at all times.
You will work within a ticket system to reply to e-mails.
This job usually takes between 8-15h a week. In order to qualify for this job you need to be able to reply to the tickets once a day mon-fri (weekends are optional). We have had huge problems finding somebody that actually keeps the tickets up to date and so failure to follow this schedule will lead to the contract being ended.
