Wanted: Organized, Detail Oriented Wordpress Developer & Project Manager.
I run a Marketing & Consulting Company.
My Business is expanding and i am now looking for someone to come to work with me helping me to Organize, to Plan and then Execute Web Development Projects mainly using Wordpress.
This would probably start out as a 10-or-so hour per week role, with an initial set of projects that will require more time.
We do Landing Pages, Product Pages and Websites, Internet Marketing Sales Funnels, Business Websites, Membership Sites and E-Learning Environments.
There will be an average of a week or two per month where there's only a few hours of work required that week especially in between Projects. When we are working on a Project, there could be more than 10 hours per week of work for you.
I am looking for someone who:
1.) Is highly organized, detail oriented and serious about organization. You probably have done event planning, bookkeeping or you already do manage webdevelopment projects from start to finish because you're good at working out the details, and you like to work from lists and work from a checklist at all times. You like putting things into clear processes and you prefer to think in steps in order to get the job done.
2.) You enjoy working alone most of the time, and with people some of the time. If you're the type of Person who likes to chit-chat with people and friends a lot, this probably isn't right for you. This is for you if you like to produce detailed plans that consider the smallest details and you like to make sure that each day tasks are checked off the list.
3.) Is able to Structure, Develop, and Manage a Webdevelopment Project based on Wordpress from Start to Finish.
4.) Knows the Wordpress World in and out (I am talking about in-depth Knowledge about the Best tools, plugins and themes out there and that has already successfully managed and developed Wordpressdev. projects in the past.
5.) Someone that likes to work with deadlines and milestones and takes responsibility for delivering results on time.
6.) Is online and reachable thru Skype daily and responds to emails in a timely manner.
7.) Is dependable (I'm talking about VERY dependable….not the "This usually doesn't happen, but it happened again" type.) I would prefer if you were that person in grade school that got the award when moving on to middle school for perfect attendance in every grade…
8.) Doesen't take things personally, have feelings hurt or get offended at all. Stays objective and likes to always use logic to make decisions.
9.) Is cool and relaxed, but always pushing to get things done. It's Important that you like to take responsibility, and your main focus is always delivering results.
The main components of the work would be:
1.) Frequent Strategy and Brainstorming Sessions with me (especially in the beginning of a Project) during these sessions we will discuss about the best way to approach a Project. It is your job then to structure and execute what we talked about, create tasks lists etc, research options and features of plugins, frameworks or themes required.
2.) Coordinate other Developers that we temporarily add to the Team and make sure that tasks are completed in time.
3.) Installing and Setup of Wordpress Plugins, Themes, Autoresponder Setup, Payment Gateways and theme customizations if required.
If you're the type of person who likes super "creative" work, where you have a lot of variety in your day…work with lots of other people…like to chat, then this probably is NOT right for you. This is "organizer" work, and will require you to keep and create checklists and work from them.
If you're the type of person who loves organizing things, operating efficiently and using checklists, and basically becoming better at running through a pre-planned system, then this might be perfect for you!
I really am looking for someone who is incredibly organized in their work life and personal life, and who really doesn't like being disorganized or messy.
I'm looking for a self-motivated, organized person who would like to have a stable role helping me keep the above mentioned Technical Aspects of my Business organized and running smooth.
