Web & Mobile UI Genius
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
This project is for a web and mobile app UI mockup ONLY, clickable (interactive). We are looking for a creative and talented designer to create PowerPoint, or Keynote or Adobe Photoshop mockups to start our prototyping process. We are looking for zero coding, just a good looking, clickable, interactive prototype that we will use to bring to prospective users for user testing.
Our company specializes in education consulting for corporate HR departments, schools and universities. We are looking to create our own Web + Mobile application to accommodate our growing customer base who need a highly interactive, secure and visually appealing tool for learning.
We have a steady flow of projects and are looking to find a great designer that we can continue to work with well after this initial project has been completed. We are only looking for the most creative and reliable people. This first project will be an evaluation for future work.
This initial project is to create a mockup for our flashcard web and mobile app. The work can be done inside of the software tools of your choice.
We have used Keynotopia before successfully and like their library, but we are open to others as well.
You must supply your own prototyping tools, and we will give preference to those designers who have a platform where we can collect user feedback on the prototype they made e.g.
Atlassian Confluence or JIRA
The web prototype needs to consist of a homepage, a create flashcards page, a play page, a test page, a gradebook page, and a dashboard page (8-10 pages total).
Our clients are executives, managers, and school principals, they need a real-time live dashboard that can be drilled into.
The mobile prototype needs to consist of a home page, a game selection page, and a sample game (4-6 pages total). UI and social features like the hugely popular iPhone game Letterpress:
It needs to be simple, clean, and have a "the user cannot fail" kind of navigation. If you are a gamer, you will understand this concept: when you onboard someone, they are guided to take a specific action (e.g. click on the yellow dot). They are ONLY allowed to perform that ONE specific action and they are guided until they do it, and then they are rewarded. This is repeated until they have the proficiency to navigate. Each screen should have ONLY one element clickable, which should be highlighted with a semi-transparent yellow highlight. We will work together to create paper and wireframe prototypes to make sure we get to the best possible design.
Please keep in mind that if selected, this project along with any future projects you may work on for us should remain entirely confidential and that you will relinquish all rights to the final work you provide us. Any work you provide for us must be completely original.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When you submit your proposal please list of tools you use for UI/UX prototyping, and a portfolio of work you have done both for Web and Mobile.
• Strong communication skills (English – US)

• Mockups only (no coding needed)
• Prototype must be interactive: clickable, and respond to user action
• All files must be well structured and layered
• Pages do not have to be production ready quality, not-pixel perfect is OK, however
• Must be bug-free and work perfectly to tell the user story.
