Job Description

Customer Service representative needed to help communicate between a client and a web developer. The task is to talk with the client over the phone and get his feedback on the current state of the website. You must be able to use Skype to speak and share your desktop with the client. There might be times when you need to see their screen or they will need to see your screen.

You do not need to have technically experience, but should understand a general understanding of websites. You are just typing and taking screenshots if necessary to make sure the client's need are met 130%.

There will only be one website for this project. You must speak English. If this project goes well, you could be offered hourly contract.
