Job Description

I want a Wordpress site that looks like Babble.com in it's look, feel, and functions. I want a lot of different areas for different content topics. I want you to reproduce Babble for me as closely as possible. It looks very clean, simple and punchy, but there's a lot of content and people can spend a lot of time looking at different things there. Two colors- pink and green, white background, black text and it needs to look 'busy', with a lot going on. My goal is to have an authority site that sends out regular e-magazine posts to subscribers.
I can have the Thesis theme installed if you feel this is the best theme necessary to achieve the complexity of this site.
My site will be much simpler though, because I'm just starting out. As I grow, in the coming months, I'd like to work with you to make my site more like Babble, with more departments, Flash etc.
For now, this is what I need:
-Homepage
-App buttons for Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Linkedin
-My Logo inserted
-Title bar with About, Contact, Guest Mentors, Design, Organize, Lifestyle, Work, Check It Out, with the drop-down menus for specific articles like on Babble.com). I want these links to go to their specific page. ie- Guest Mentors will have their bios and photos.
-An opt-in bar to receive a lead magnet special report giveaway above the fold, so I can gain subscribers and e-mails. I have Optimize Press you can use.
-e-book cover designed for my special report giveaway
-landing page for obtaining lead magnet and e-mail address
-An opt-in below the fold in right column that highlights lead magnet
-a third opt-in sidebar asking for e-mail to become a subscriber
-Install these widgets:
-Pin It Pinterest buttons below photos in each article
-WP Postrunner
-WP Cache
-All-in-One SEO
-Google XML Sitemaps
-WP Backup Plus
-Google Analytics
-Akismet
-A 'Write for Us?' box on right
-sections for different topics (see Babble.com), Design, Organize, Work, Lifestyle, Check It Out that highlight past articles and link to that article
-privacy statement and terms of service- you can do these on Optimize Press
-install my AWeber account and set-up for sending out newsletters
-column for affiliate ads
-I'm thinking also about putting a banner ad at the very top of the page, (maybe, maybe not).
-subsribe to premium content opt-in and landing page
Please take a look at Babble.com to get a feel for what I want. If adding a Flash box like they have to highlight recent posts is within my budget and your ability, please let me know.
Thank you!
Sara
