i am looking for a professional Virtual Assistance to jump start and help me grow my business for 2013.
As you can see, i am using oDesk to get a lot of projects done, and i need someone to manage a team of 30 people.
You should be highly resourecful, stress-resistant, and technically very skilled.
You will work 8 hours per day, at 10 am to 7 pm GMT.
You will call me every 15-20 minutes and give me updates through Skype.
You need to manage new job posts, hiring the right candidate and getting the job done.
You need to work HIGHLY effective with a great problem-solver attitude.
