Job Description

Manage Zendesk support tickets for a laptop computer screen repair online business. Must be familiar with Zendesk and have a working knowledge of laptop computer manufacturers and laptop models. Customer support phone calls are also routed to Zendesk voicemail. May be required to return customer phone calls also. Good English skills required. This is a daily ongoing job with 2-3 hours of work or more each day. Must be available throughout the USA business hours. If things work out, this will be a long term job.
