We have an open position at one of the largest Executive Media Consulting Firms here in the area. This position will be the first point of contact for clients and guests and also help provide support for several functions in the company, including recruiting, event planning, and accounting. The position is primarily responsible for greeting and directing visitors at our state of the art facility while maintaining a high level of customer service within the reception area. Provide executive support for the CFO and COO is also expected. This is a Part-time/full-time position depending a Sweet-able available time good for you..Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Manages the switchboard console, answers calls, directs callers, provides assistance and takes concise telephone messages
Provides administrative support for the CFO and COO
Coordinates company functions, reservations and maintains conference room schedules.
Coordinates job applications r prospective employees.
Maintains the inventory for office supplies and processes a weekly order.
Maintains reports, organizational chart, contracts and cancellations, office telephone extension list and office calendar of events, files.
Assists other employees with special tasks that may arise from time to time, as directed.
Event planning coordination for the office
Must be Bilingual: English / Spanish
Mush be fluent verbally and in writing in both languages
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Pleasant phone voice
Proficient computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention-to-details
