• 8- 10 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations and Support.
• In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in US Payroll
• Should be able to do solution definition and validation
• Should be able to Manage the detailed customization.
• Should be able to Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Work well in team environment and in a SAP project environment.
• Lead a project at different phases from customer problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development, deployment and ongoing support.
• Assisting in the project management.
• Team mentoring.
• Reviewing Team's deliverables to ensure Quality and Timely delivery.
• Overall coordination within own team & with other teams for the area of responsibility.
• Provide reliable estimates and do planning.
• Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
• Productivity improvement initiatives.
• Quality improvement checks.
