Connectwise, Labtech, Teamviewer, Eset are a big PLUS.

MUST have 3 years IT work Experience.
MUST have Good Troubleshooting PC-based Computer Hardware Installation and Configuration of Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2
MUST have Good Active Directory Configuration and Maintenance (including GPO administration)
MUST have Good Configuring Outlook (POP/IMAP/local Exchange/hosted Exchange)
MUST have Good Installation and Configuration of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 (both peer-to-peer and domain environments)
MUST have Good Network Infrastructure (switches/routers/firewalls/port-fo
MUST have Good NTFS Permissions
MUST have Good Virus/Spyware Removal
MUST have Good Printing (local and remote)
MUST have Good Remote Desktop Connection (client and Terminal Server environments)
MUST have Good VPN Setup and Operation (client and server)
MUST have Good VLANS ( setup and configuration )
MUST have Good Wireless (WiFi) Protocols and Security
MUST have Good People Skills
MUST have Good Background Check
MUST have No Criminal Record
Further understanding of the following is very beneficial:
MCSE, MCP,CCNA,MCSA,A+,N+, Windows XP, windows 7, and comptia Certifications are a Plus.
