Job Description

Looking for a detailed oriented person to listen and score telephone phone calls using a Web Interface in order to rate quality based on a process and procedure requirement sheet. You should be able to dedicate 8 hours per day to this position. Your English level must above average, you must be prompt and available for the time you are scheduled to work, so your dependability is very important!
