Need AMAZING social media marketing manager for my new business

We are looking for someone to help us make our social media sites awesome!
My business is a high quality outsourced & virtual accounting business.
I have created social media accounts for facebook, twitter and google+. I only want to focus on these channels initially.
I need someone who can come up with creative ideas and ways to make those sites stand out and attract prospective customers.
The following tasks will be needed:
1. Responsible for defining and executing a specific social media strategy.
2. Will design and create a consistent brand image throughout all social media channels.
3. Planning and managing existing social media presence for the company.
4. Increasing brand presence online with existing social media channels.
5. The candidate will brainstorm and provide daily brand relevant content.
6. Have the ability to respond to relevant conversation in the context of the brand's image.
7. Provide weekly detailed reports of metrics and analytic data for each social media output as well as lists of possible leads accumulated.
8. Maintain complete transparency on all planning, posting and tracking for each of the accounts.
9. Brainstorm topics to write about for company blog
It is very important that the candidate have above average command over the English language and good business acumen.
Candidate will need to supply a detailed strategy and implementation plan with timelines and schedules.
