Job Description

We are a dental lab that offers custom night guards online. There are 3 job functions to this job. We will provide training.

Work:

1. Customer support function (NO phone calls, maybe in the future, but NOT now)
a. Learn and study our products, promotions, prices.
b. Answer potential customers’ questions & inquiries relating to our products, & service.
c. Answer customers’ questions about their orders while collaborating with our lab in California.

Requirement:

1. Meticulous attention to details
2. Great organizational skill
3. Superb customer service, communication, coordinating and English skill
4. Fast learner (you will need this to learn our products, prices, promotions, etc)
5. Proficiency in Excel.
6. Familiar with ecommerce channels such as Amazon and ebay.
7. Ability to take initiative and be proactive in situations
8. Great attention to details
9. Available 3-5 hours everyday, including Saturday & Sunday, and need to login to work twice a day (anytime in the morning and anytime in the evening, of your time zone)
