I am currently looking for a marketing manager for my game development company. We develop computer games for the PC, Xbox 360, Android and iOS marketplaces.
We want to create more of an impact for 2013 including building our fan pages up (Facebook/Twitter) and just gaining more of a reputable following in order for our games to succeed in 2013.
If you're the right candidate we are looking for someone who I can 'leave to it' if you will, I want you to take as much responsibility as you can and take charge of the marketing as I am way too busy doing other things such as programming, hiring, firing and public relations.
I'm unsure what to do, whether to ask for a fixed-fee per game or per 'session' or whether to employ hourly.
Please quote 'marketing' in your application, basically I want you to propose to me what you can do for my company and further our fanbase.
I would also like to see some sort of portfolio/previous work/references for companies you have worked for in the past, also if you could give me a scenario of where you took a product/service/company and took it to within a certain timeframe.
I look forward to hearing from you.
