Best candidate can start this project immediately … I am looking for a Website Developer for a Lead Generation and Management Real Estate Web Site targeted for Orange County, CA area.

Please demonstrate your experience in respect of the following:

Drip campaign, CRM and lead management. (Solid back office system for contact management, automated and customizable Drip Email System and Listing Management).

Exhibit what tools methodology can you offer for lead capturing that have been successfully used in your previous assignments?

Use pre-built (editable) drip email campaigns, to suitable audience … buyers, sellers, investors, Short-sales, FSBO etc.

Agent configurable lead capture settings to require registration to see complete address, photos & property description after viewing third property.

Email and Text notification for New Leads. (Prefer … Email notification for change in IDX search criteria)

Site should have email blasting and quick email abilities that send each email out on a generic / professional email template which of course has your basic branding elements and links back to my site appearance matching to my Brokerage Website (Black and Gold, text white)

Configure Integrated IDX for local cities and neighborhoods … No framed IDX or IDX on the vendors sub domain. Create User-friendly, graphical map based guided search, for County-Cities-neighborhoods.

Ability to produce RSS feeds of listing data (from the back-end)
Captures referring url for lead sourcing at the lead/contact level
Solid analytics for key measurement criteria

• I will share links/resources and pay for IDX and RE Widgets that I like to be installed on my site.
• Need your help to redirect all my other WP website "property search" links to this websites
• I will provide access to CRMLS and share resources/example of the layout with select few parties.
