Job Description

We are an American Company with a very friendly environment seeking to hire Virtual Assistants to be a part of a dedicated team.

We are looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/CSR

Duties will include:
* Customer Service: outbound and inbound
receive inbound calls
US (US # - Provided by client but must have their own VOIP or for calling)
emails and phone calls to existing customers. You must write, communicate, and LISTEN well, and be patient with the gamut of customer personalities.
* Wordpress and website updates (basic knowledge of related code)
* Infusionsoft database assistance (imports, exports, emailing, pulling reports, verifying accuracy)
* Assistant: office assistance as needed (calendar and travel management, organizing data, experience with MS Office programs) Prefer experience using social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc) to maximize reputation, rapport, market potential and name collection.
Hours: 9am - 1pm
* 2 years customer support
* 1 minor bookkeeping experience, or equivalent
* 1 years administrative assistance
Since this is a contract position, you are required to supply your own laptop computer with basic Microsoft programs, have fast Internet at your home, a quality headset with mic,
Must have excellent attitude and professional demeanor, be self motivated and sharp.
Knowledge of Infusionsoft, Wordpress, and minor website design very helpful.
