We get about 50 emails and phone calls per day that need follow-up. Some messages are voice mails that require you to listen to them, understand English, and then respond. Some calls will be real-time calls to you as incoming customer support calls.
You will manage about 50 client accounts
We provide an easy to use template for calls and email/text responses AND a standard process for follow-up. You will use our gmail, skype, and web-based texting accounts for follow-up.
Total of about 30 - 40 hours per week
---> Do NOT bid if no experience handling emails and working with Gmail accounts.
---> Good English required for Customer Service Calls.
