We are looking for a Administrative Assistant with extensive experience supporting mid to senior level executives requiring minimal supervision and the highest confidentiality. A very clear english tone is a must.

Administrative Support as we need it (weekly, monthly, on call basis)
• Screen our e-mail and respond on your behalf
• Schedule and confirm our appointments
• Book our travel arrangements
• Make calls on our behalf
• Perform miscellaneous research
• Fill out expense reports and track reimbursements
• Create invoices and post payments
• Manage any administrative projects we do not wish to handle

• Internet Research
• Travel Planning Services (domestic & international)
• Calendar Management (appointment setting)
• Contact Management
• Data Entry
• Email Management
• Proofreading/Editing
• File Management
