Open VBX / Twilo specialist

We have recently setup Twilio and Open VBX on an Amazon EC2 instance for our Australian company cloud call centre.
We have approximately 20 agents and have configured a call flow.
The call flow is working great.
I am looking for a specialist to go over our implementation to ensure the setup is correct.
Also help with the following is required:
- recording/transcribing of calls
- customisation of applets
- transfer of calls
- trouble shooting new users. example: deletion and then re-adding of users, welcome email delivery for password generation
