We will soon be re-launching our website for a line of performance supplements and need very positive personalities to field customer concerns, both through chat and over the phone. Experience of nutritional products a plus. Previous customer service experience a MUST.

**Also, please answer the following in your application, as it will help us better assess compatibility:

>>How might you handle a customer question/concern that you don't readily have a solution to?
>>Are you familiar with using VoIP calls?
>>How much responsibility are you used to taking on?
>>Are you familiar with accessing customer accounts?
>>Are you familiar with ShipWire or Magento (or similar platforms)? Experience with these two is not an absolute requirement to start the job, but our reps will be required to eventually access both platforms to satisfy customer needs. Therefore, making yourself familiar with them ahead of time would certainly be valuable, both to yourself and to us.
