Job Description

Superior customer service skills
Great verbal & written communication skills in communicating with managers, peers and customers.
Superior achievement in these skills below:

Perform tier-2 support for tier-1 field technicians.
Support Windows Desktops in Windows XP/7/8 environments
Support Windows Servers in Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012 environments
Perform remote IT Support of various types on client PCs & Servers
Remote setup & configuration of routers (primarily Cisco/Linksys & SonicWall)
