We are currently seeking a Data Entry Assistant. Previous experience of database maintenance is a must.
Data Entry Assistant duties:
* To keep a an accurate log of all tasks that you will be working on and keep up to date
* To ensure that all excel databases that are supplier related are kept up to date and correct.
* To ensure that all rates and information are entered correctly
* To create all new messages that are needed for the team
Data Entry Assistant requirements:
* Competent in basic use of MS Excel
* Prioritising/organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Lots of initiative
* Ability to work under sustained pressure
