Job Description

I require music written in a chiptune style (as if it were from an old 8-bit / 16-bit video game console from the 80's/90's) for two separate projects:

Project 1:
These compositions are for a mobile game targeted at a range of audiences, including children.
a) A chiptune rendition of the Overture from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite. This will form the gameplay music and should be adapted to loop smoothly without the player noticing.
b) A short passage (approx 2-3s) in a similar style to indicate 'game start' for the above.
c) A short passage (approx 2-3s) in a similar style to indicate 'game over' for the above.

Project 2:
These compositions are for a science fiction mobile game.
a) An original chiptune song for the main game music, approx 1 min long, that evokes opening film themes like Star Wars / Star Trek. The composition should loop smoothly.
b) A short passage (approx 2-3s) to indicate 'game start' for the above.
c) A short passage (approx 2-3s) to indicate 'game over' for the above.

The music should be delivered as stereo WAV files. This is a fixed price contract; the assets will be for our exclusive use and may not be sold on to other entities. Good communication skills in English are essential.

The budget is indicative, so please send your best offers along with an estimated delivery date for the finished compositions. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch by private message.
