Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, driven and smart assistant for administrative work. This position will support company executives.


• Data entry work
• Answer phones and route to appropriate individual
• Organize internal meetings and hosted board meetings
• Maintain contacts and emails
• Provide administrative support to Partner
• Provide administrative support to Marketing executive
• Participate in organizing events and conferences
• Act as backup to the Administrative Staff


• Undergraduate degree
• Two years of experience in a support or service role
• A passion for technology and very current tech skills
• An interest in Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in a small office
• Experience in calendaring an scheduling
