Seeking an executive assistant for a marketing and business development company. Responsibilities include working directly with the CEO to coordinate projects and client relations, managing appointment schedules and coordinating client meetings, managing and coordinating tasks and projects with a team of contractors, drafting and submitting emails and proposals to potential clients, drafting and/or editing miscellaneous letters, emails, and other materials, as well as miscellaneous clerical tasks such as putting together spreadsheets or powerpoint presentations.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ORGANIZATION, SELF-MOTIVATION and COMMUNICATION SKILLS are the highest priorities and requirements for this position.
You MUST be self-motivated and a self-starter, and able to aggressively stay on top of projects and deadlines. You will be working remotely so you MUST be reliable, available on Skype during US business hours, and have access to telephone/fax. Also, you must have a quiet work environment for calls, online meetings, etc. It is strongly preferred that you operate/reside within the United States.

Writing and editing - experience drafting/editing proposals, client letters, etc.
Comfortable and familiar with internet technologies and with online marketing strategies
Ability to study and learn new things (softwares, processes, etc) quickly on your own
You must be committed to HIGH STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE personally and professionally.
Strong sales skills are a great plus
Knows and understands what Split Testing / Conversions / Calls To Action are
Understanding of what SEO is and how it works (or willingness to learn)
Knowledge of how to coordinate and run an online meeting or webinar
At least basic Adobe Photoshop skills and familiarity
Knowledge of email marketing platforms, familiarity with Aweber, GetResponse, etc (or willingness to learn)
Basic HTML understanding is not a requirement but would be a great asset
FOLLOW-UP and IMPROVISATION skills are mandatory requirements for this position.
