Looking for a small, professionally run call center in the Philippines for customer support
I am looking for a call center in the Philippines to provide customer support (voice and email) for my client's business that is based in the United States. At the moment, we only need one FTE on a trial basis but we'd like to work with an agency that will be able to scale up since this is a business where ramp ups are normal and often rapid.
We require the call center to have following abilities:
1. Interval level call reporting
2. Service levels and occupancy data reporting
3. AHT reporting
4. Call recording and QA
