Job Description

We are looking for someone to handle customer service duties for our jailbreak and unlocking site. Specifically, you will:


1. Address technical issues with our jailbreak and unlocking tutorials.
2. Respond to emails regarding the product.
3. Walk customers through the jailbreak or unlocking process if necessary

Contractor requirements

We are looking for a contractor who:

1. Is able to respond to emails within 48 hours.
2. Has worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-facing job
3. Has a solid command of written English to reply to customers
