Job Description

I need 3 customer service representatives that are:

- very friendly on the phone & in emails
- proficient with email, using a web browser
- capable of making B2B calls and collecting data
- attention to detail

I have three positions that will start out 3-4 hours per day 2-3 days per week. My goal is to be able to expand this to 5 days per week and possibly more hours per day. I am very flexible on setting up times/days.

I run an online broker service where customers contact us and ask that we collect data for them and then get back to them. The data is collected from companies in the industry. Our software puts together a list of the companies that are most likely able to give the customer the service they requested.

Position 1 - calls the companies and gets price quote, date of service and any special instructions and enters this in our custom admin.

Position 2 - calls customers and gives them the options we have found for them.

Position 3 - gets the necessary documents (or ensure we already have them) from the company that the customer has chosen (insurance, licensing, signed agreement) all via web (online fax OR email) and uploads it to the system.

I am looking for friendly (phone & email) people that can work from home. You will need a modern browser (Chrome is great, but almost any will do) and a high speed internet connection. Our software is 100% web browser based and if you can handle an email system you are more than qualified to use our software (very simple).
