3d concept art, modelling and animation for iOS game

We are in the process of building a 3d endless runner game for iOS using Unity 3D. The theme should be toonish.
We will share a detailed requirements document to the selected applicant.
At a high level we require the following environments/characters/assets to be conceptualized, designed, modeled, animated/rigged using 3ds Max -
25 animal characters (400-500 poly count max) - rigged and have approximately 2 animations each
Main character (600-700 poly count max) - 4 male and 4 female - rigged and have about 20 animations
Chaser/enemy characters (400-500 poly count max) - rigged and have about 8 animations
General human characters in the environment (200-300 poly count max) - rigged and have about 8 animations. Some animations similar to the chaser/enemy character
Obstacles and other assets - No rigging/animation required. Just models needed. Approximately 30 in number.
Environments - Approximately 15 environments. Should use parallax style designs.
All models should be low-poly.
All 3d files should be in 3ds max format and unwrapped.
All 2d textures are required in psd format.
Preference will be given to people who have modeled and animated toonish animals and environments for a mobile game. We expect this project to be completed in under 1.5 months.
