Job Description

Our business is a "Lead generation" business helping clients through mainly online marketing and content marketing to build databases, sales leads - sales funnel.

Working across a range of industries with mainly smaller to medium size businesses. We have content creation specialists who will craft brilliant content that allows our "Online Content Marketers" to generate quality traffic and resultant leads.

Our "Online Content Marketers" will provide strategic input and the setup and ongoing management and optimization of various online channels.

Liaising with the account manager our "Online Content Marketers" will need to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to be constantly driving down the cost of sign ups whilst attracting quality signups.

Expert skills in ONE category like facebook or google ppc is fine, and a proven track record of continuous improvement and results is required. If you alternatively are expert in various channels that's great also.

Strategy Recommendations
- Recommendations on constant optimization opportunities
- Recommendations on new opportunities
- Monthly reporting

Regular reporting and transparent work output is required. For specialists choosing to manage after hours we will not tolerate any tardiness. It must be taken extremely seriously otherwise we simply move the projects on to our other "Online Content Marketers".

We are seeking a range of experts / specialists across all areas of online marketing so if you are an expert in one channel, like google or facebook please let us know so we can allocate work to the best fit.

In this role you would be required to phone or Skype the Account Manager monthly, whilst all would having access to see ongoing work output. In initial client set ups etc more regular communication would be required and ideally during business hours.

A high level of "Content Marketing" experience would be preferred as the types of content to be promoted includes, "The 10 things to Ask when..." / "The Fine Print Insurance companies wont tell you" "Hidden Fees..." "Buying a Pool - Here's what to Ask" etc.

We are growing our panel of specialists / experts across a range of fields and only want brilliant people that love making a difference in peoples businesses.

We will be dealing with a number of small to medium sized businesses in a range of different categories. Working on clients accounts will need to be strategic and efficient and ongoing. (We retain all rights to the campaigns under management)

Please indicate a breakdown on how you charge. Flexibility will be required as the range and number of clients requiring management varies over time.

What we could expect different things to cost and your charges:

- Monthly management of a small Accounting business with a spend of $400 month across 2 channels.
- Promotion of an ebook thru targeting on LinkedIn.
- Facebook marketing campaign for a cosmetic surgery company with a $2000 monthly budget.

Specialists are required to turn things around within agreed timeframes and on budget and at a high standard and be constantly suggesting ways to improve and capitalize on every changing trends and opportunity. (Failure to do this, we would swiftly discontinue working with provider)
