We require a customer service agent to be able to answer customer emails including the following points as they come in between 24:00 and 06:00 GMT, 7 days a week (42 hours a week).

* Answer basic questions about our products (all necessary information will be available to you)
* Handle queries relating to order status
* Re-send order confirmation emails
* Handle refund requests
* Handle fraudulent orders
* Have an active facebook account and be experienced in using facebook


* 3 Years’ experience in customer service
* Experience in live chat applications
* Proficient at dealing with awkward customers
* Must be able to detect potentially fraudulent requests
* Must be fluent in written English.
* Must be able to work 7 days a week
